Rant #697

I was at Harris Teeter, and they are really good about having parking for Expectant Mothers and Customers with Children. I didn't find any of those spots today, so I just parked at another spot. While I was loading my groceries with the two crazies, a lady pulled into the spot next to me that was reserved for Customers with Children and hopped out, no kids in tow. I didn't even see a car seat in the back. I was slightly annoyed, but more amused. I wonder if she felt guilty about it...

Rant/Observation #146

I love when I go to Trader Joe's and see all these people in their huge SUVs and gas guzzling vehicles shopping there. Part of the charm of TJ's is one thinks they're being existential and helping the environment by shopping there. Mission accomplished, in the tank that you just pulled up in. Just saying...
